Return Policy

  • New, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only (valid in-store or online). No refunds will be issued.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all exchanges or store credit.
  • If the shipping error is our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • Personalized items are also final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • Footwear: Defective shoes at regular price may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt, for manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental breakage. The replacement will be the same model, and only one exchange is permitted. Sale shoes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Hygiene Products: Items such as underwear, socks, mouthguards, masks, and face coverings are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift Cards: Final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Name and Number Printing: Custom or official printing on shirts costs CA$50, with a reduced rate of CA$40 for in-store or online purchases with proof of purchase. Custom shirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exclusions and Clarifications

  • Certain exclusions not mentioned here may apply. We reserve the right to modify our policies or address exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
  • This policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for our customers while maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.
